Description du poste / stage A vacancy for a SAP & SaaS Operations Specialist (m/f) has arisen within Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) in Toulouse.Are you passionate about IT, experienced in new technologies and convinced by the business added value of the digitalization?In the frame of the deployment of all Airbus HR systems in a workday SaaS based solution, the SAP & SaaS Operations Specialist is the expert accountable for:Leading the decommissioning of SAP existing HR platform while ensuring business continuityBeing the focal point for all operational run mode activities in the frame of SaaS solutions (mainly Workday but also other minor SaaS solutions implemented in the HR business scope). Tâches et missions principales, responsabilités Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:Designing the roadmap of SAP HR platform decommissioning based on existing projects replacement activities based on business priorities and project constraints,Identifying and challenging all interfaces active around SAP HR platform,Managing stakeholders owners of the destination systems of those interface to secure decommissioning,Managing relationship with HR business to secure no operational impact of the SAP HR platform decommissioning,Liaising with Infrastructure team to identify quick wins and cost savings opportunity,Being the focal point for all operational topic for all SaaS solutions in scope,Communicating to impact stakeholders downtimes and upgrades,Managing/following-up on opened cases with SaaS suppliers,Assessing operational impacts of new releases of SaaS solutionsLiaising with infrastructure team run mode teams for all IAM, Network, performances topics,For the SaaS in scope, managing license renewal.This role will involve some travel for business in Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly. Compétences requises You will have the following skills and experience:Master’s degree in a Technical/IT discipline, minimum of 5 years’ experience,Project and budget level management,ITIL V3 certification,Knowledge in SAP, SAPHANA,Ability to work in an autonomous and result-driven manner,Curiusity and Organization skills,Advanced level of English.
