Description du Poste:

Position Summary
Responsible for EMEA IT salesforce
solutions project management and deployment, with a strong focus on business
requirements gathering and analysis; SFDC configuration and solution governance;
and vendor development oversight/coordination.
Responsibilities & Key Missions
Project Management:
Team SFDC Solutions Lead: Oversee SFDC EMEA SFA environment, manage SFDC
configuration for EMEA SFA solution and configuration for new deployments,
enhancements and migrations in coordination with SFA solution vendorManage SFA
solution deployments and evolutions within the EMEA region in coordination with
the EMEA Program Lead and local SFA project managers, using project management and
system development life cycle methodology (including documenting and analyzing business
requirements and functional specifications, developing process flow
documentation, engaging with solutions architect to define the high-level
solution design, coordinating solution testing, managing documentation and
conducting trainings)
Solutions Delivery & Application
Maintenance:
Oversee vendor development approach in coordination with EMEA solutions
architect, managing overall solutions roadmap, objects, documentation and
governanceImplement functional evolutions of applications in coordination with
solutions vendorEnsure solutions documentation is up to dateConsulted in level 2 support requests as a technical expert, including
assisting affiliates with enhancements and configuration changes in SFDC
related to support and enhancement requestsOversight of ticket management and support from SFA solution technical
vendor

Professional relocation/travelling (% of time working):
Due to the nature of the job and number of affiliates in the Pernod
Ricard EMEA scope, travel is expected to represent 30% of the time

Technical skills:
Proven SFDC solution configuration and managementStrong Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel and Word SkillsExpertise in technical business requirement gathering and documentationExpertise in coordinating testing efforts including writing test
scenariosExperience with data processing flowcharting techniques
Management skills:
Excellent project management skills, with a strong detail and task
oriented focusStrong interpersonal, communication and cross-cultural skills, with the

Experience
and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business systems, mathematics, engineering
or related fieldTotal of 6+ years of previous experience in solutions delivery and/or IT
project managementSFDC Certifications preferred
