To achieve this ambition, L’Oréal can rely on the support of a performing IT team.Responsibilities:Responsible for the availability and performance of L’Oréal group’s internet and mobile sites for 3 divisions, recommend the best infrastructure choices, manage internal teams and hosting vendors partners, and make sure we monitor and meet our group infrastructure performance targets.Tasks:Liaising with the development, operations, network and database teams and driving ticket resolution, RCAs and SLAs with these organizationsManaging a group of Site Reliability Engineers and the team's day to day operations, all quarterly reviews and evaluationsProviding weekly quality reviews for team and weekly status report showing metricsExecute periodic testing of disaster recovery capabilitiesIdentifying areas for improvementMake recommendations to integrate new custom/brand and cloud software, coordinates installation and supports operationsDefine and lead change in core operational processes - incident and problem management, capacity/availability management, change/release management, asset/configuration management, and service management designCoordinate installation and build of environments, assist in developing system requirements, as well as managing the backup and recovery solutionPlan, implement and maintain reliable, scalable, and efficient cloud systemsProvide strategic direction for IT Infrastructure and End User supportPartner closely with internal and outsourced vendors to manage our operations for servers/platforms, networks, and securityPlan and execute on continual iterative improvementMonitor and analyze cloud infrastructure utilization, ensuring proper performance tuning and guaranteeing appropriate service levels to our members and team membersEnsure that all systems and processes adhere to internal audit controls and business requirementsManage update and refresh cycle on all platformsOversee all IT infrastructure projectsExperience developing and managing a budget, managing assets, and negotiating with vendors.Responsible for leading a team of managers and supervisors that support l’Oréal infrastructure (Private and public Cloud)Provide basic knowledge in troubleshooting issues.Experience:7+ years of IT experience; 5+ years in leadership role with increasing responsibilities in IT infrastructure as an individual contributor3+ years’ experience managing a team of support or operations engineersComprehensive background covering network architectures, server architectures, telecommunications, and operationsProven leadership skillsRequired Skills:Experience in SaaS, PaaS, and IaaSExperienced in Agile and DevOpsExperienced and expertise in MS technologies, such as: .Net, SQL Server, Windows, Azure PaaS and IaaS, data storage and backupsIn depth experience in using and deploy solutions through Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure cloudsDesired skills:Understanding of business continuity, fault tolerant design, and fail-over architectureAutomation of production monitoringExperience with configuration management systemsExperience writing scriptsStrong experience working as part of a team collaborating on problem resolutionWould be appreciated also:a good ability to communicate technical concepts, findings & recommendationsability to organize work into actionable plans, projects and committed time framesability to manage the effort, communicate status and mitigate risks & issues
