With access to Airbus' resources and data, NAVBLUE provides its customers with the best solutions based on the best data, fully supporting them in their digital transformation.NAVBLUE is a fully owned subsidiary of Services by Airbus and is based in Hersham (UK), Toulouse (France) and Waterloo, ON (Canada), withoffices around the world.The Airport+ department aims at supporting NAVBLUE by managing RDB, AMDB and AGDB Products operations which include:Managing Airport+ product specification and expertise, for product available on catalogue or to be industrialized for either on-board or on-ground usages (Avionics, EFB or on-ground applications),Following and supporting raw materials sourcing and production planning,Managing product integration,Executing the customer Airport+ contracts with respect to the related scope, timing, delivery process and level of support defined with customers,Supporting product sales by providing product technical support.The jobholder reports to the Airport+ Product Manager .The Jobholder is in charge of analysing, preparing and delivering databases and services packages to the Customers or external partners in accordance with the contract which has been signed. She/He is also supporting treatment of Level2 requests coming from L1 related to Customers, Suppliers and Partners issues. Tâches et missions principales, responsabilités As the successful candidate your main activities will be :Prepare customer delivery packageGenerate and sign load A665 (only for DB A816)Submit data package to delivered to Attesting staff validationDeliver Airport+ Product. The activity ends when the product has been downloaded by the relevant Customer/Partner, with the associated documents, and the system registers the acknowledgement of delivery.Monitor distributionReceiving and Analysing all in-service events assigned by Level1 to identify potential impact (including airworthiness, reliability, cost, etc.), launching and progressing all actions necessary to find the root cause of the events and initiating/following-up development of corrective actions or product improvements,Providing Customers with relevant technical information all along the resolution process,Providing support to other Data+ operation activities,Ensuring transfer and communication of in-service experience and support activities to the management, to other Airport++ teams and involved Airport+ suppliers/partners,Using extensively and properly Albatross Information Management toolMain Key deliverables :Data Package delivery on Time and on QualityCustomer issue resolution respecting SLACustomer Satisfaction Compétences requises As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:Master Degree (or equivalent) in Aeronautics or IT,Functional experience in Flight Operations and Aeronautical expertise,DO-200A, Aerodata Process knowledgeCapability to prioritize and solve complex technical issuesAbility to synthetize and report,Good Communication and collaboration in multicultural context,Capability to work under pressure with various parties’ coordinationOpen minded and agileKnowledge of the Digital organisation, Business and Processes is a plus.English negotiation level
