The Growth Solution Provider for Digital Commerce

DCMN helps digital companies to scale through performance-oriented marketing solutions, both nationally and internationally.

Together with a team of currently 130+ international digital commerce and performance marketing experts, DCMN produces cross-media and data-driven campaigns via the main channels TV and online.

DCMN works integrated throughout the entire marketing value chain. All the building blocks for successful campaigns will be implemented in the head-quarter in Berlin with a well-established team. Short paths and fast and transparent processes are guaranteed here and an important success factor.

The experts in the areas of strategy, creation, production, media planning, media purchasing and media optimization realize innovative marketing solutions as well as intelligent performance campaigns. In addition to the main channels of TV and Online, DCMN also offers multimedia performance campaigns in the media genres of radio, print, cinema, and out-of-home.

The team of over 20 different countries from DCMN specializes in the scaling of digital commerce companies in Europe, India, the USA and Brazil. In addition to the Headquarter in Berlin, DCMN is represented in Paris, London and San Francisco, from where customers are catered for in the respective centers of excellence.

Your responsibilities

(Focus on performance-driven TV campaigns)
Interpretation of the results and the results
Planning, buying, controlling and on-going marketing campaigns (with a strong focus on TV campaigns)
Preparing comprehensible campaign reports, based on our own TV attribution tool and third-party tools
Responsibility for marketing managers, trainers and developers
Build good, yield-rich and long-term relationships with our (international) customers
Advise digital commerce companies about their business with data-driven and intelligent marketing campaigns
Effectively communicate and evangelise our vision and philosophy to potential new customers and stakeholders

Our requirements

Master or Bachelor degree in marketing or any related field
At least 4 years working experience in Digital Marketing and / or DRTV
Not working with Excel
Affinity for numbers and strong analytical skills
First experience with a team
Previous practical work experience within a startup and / or in the field of marketing for digital brands is a big plus
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and French
Efficient and result oriented working style
